Hi my first blog here!

I am happy that we are back to the normal routine to the Palo Alto club again! I can see Nicole and my other good friends. I was told that a few people went to China for training over the summer, well, I must say that I have seen big improvement on their technique. I must tell myself to practice hard in order to catch up with them. Yea, it is not easy but I am enjoying the training and the private coaching by James.
