My very first blog!Posted by Anthony Chu in Untagged |
Wow, this is the first time I wrote something on the web. I hope you like it. I had been wondering whether Joola would pick me at the Junior Joola sponsorship! All this time I keep practicing as much as I can, I mean 11-15 hours per week. I think this is quite a lot!

My training in Palo Alto club!Posted by Isabel Chu in Untagged |
Hi my first blog here!
I am happy that we are back to the normal routine to the Palo Alto club again! I can see Nicole and my other good friends. I was told that a few people went to China for training over the summer, well, I must say that I have seen big improvement on their technique. I must tell myself to practice hard in order to catch up with them. Yea, it is not easy but I am enjoyingthe training and the private coaching by James.

Sep trainingPosted by Nathaniel Chu in Untagged |
I had been doing more training at Palo Alto clubs on each weekend. Although school has already stared, I still keep the same training hours, while at the same time balancing my school work.
It has been great so far!

Team JoolaPosted by Derek Chu in Untagged |
I'm excited to be the newest member of Team Joola Juniors! Hopefully with the proper training, I will be able to become fully sponsored. I think this Junior Sponsorship program by Joola is an awesome idea, and props to the folks who came up with it!

JOOLA Energy X-Tra & Mambo GPPosted by Thomas Nguyen in Mambo GP, Energy Xtra |

The latest Energy X-tra is pretty amazing. It already has a built in glue effect, and from my testings, lasts a very long time. It's been over a month, and you still hear that crazy corked sound! It has a very nice soft sponge (which I enjoy) and gives you great feeling when you loop or hit. It has a high throw angle, so it's definitely nice for off the table looping.
Mambo GP is a soft rubber too, but a little firmer then Energy X-tra. It also has the built in speed glue effect, and is still lasting over a month now. Mambo GP's throw angle is a lower angle, which is great for loop drives in my opinion, and good for hitting. So I prefer this on my backhand.
So if you enjoy softer rubbers, not having to glue each and every time, and still get amazing sound, speed, & spin, give these rubbers a try!
