Written by Team JOOLA USA-After you've placed your order, you will be notified 3-5 days afterwards of any additional charges before the table is shipped and billed.
- All tables will be shipped Monday-Friday. Due to the size of the tables, a 53' truck will be used for delivery. The truck may have difficulty accessing certain residential areas. If you feel your required destination may not be accessible, please contact us prior to placing your order.
- Once your table has been shipped, we will notify you and provide the PRO (tracking) number and the local terminals phone number. Please contact them directly to schedule a delivery time.
- Once the table has been shipped, an additional charge will apply, to change the shipping destination.
- You must be present for delivery and assist the driver remove the table from the truck. If you are physically unable to help, you may purchase additional services from the freight company. Services available from the freight company are as follows:
Lift gate Service - smaller truck specially equipped with a hydraulic lift.
Two-Man Delivery – the freight company can send a two man crew if you are physically unable to assist the driver.
Inside Delivery – if you require assistance transporting your table to a carport, garage, etc.
Please notify the freight company should you require any of the above services.
- Assembling the table or transporting the table up or down the steps is not the freight company’s responsibility. If such assistance is required, please contact a local Home Delivery Carrier or Moving and Storage Company to inquire about their services.
- Most freight companies require a four-hour window delivery time. If the freight company is late for delivery, please contact them directly.
- If you miss your scheduled delivery time, you will be responsible for any additional charges for redelivery and/or storage fees established by the freight company.
- Upon delivery, please inspect the table for any damages, in the presence of the driver.
- Any damages to the table during shipping must be recorded on the Delivery Receipt at the time of delivery in order to receive full credit. Please record "Subject to Inspection" if you suspect damage that is not visible. If the driver will not allow you to note the packing list, refuse the shipment.
- If damages to the table are found after the delivery, please notify the freight company within ten days. Please do not assemble the table.
- In the event of freight damage to the table, you are responsible for re-packing the table in its original packaging. The freight company will pick the damaged table up and return it to JOOLA.
- Tables cannot be shipped COD.
